Australian action in support dismissed PT Tae Hwa workers

July 1, 2005

Australian labor rights activists staged a symbolic action in support of workers dismissed from the PT Tae Hwa factory in Indonesia, in front of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Activists taped their mouths in a visual display of FILA's silence towards workers rights in Indonesia.

Further actions in Australia are planned for the coming months.
